For any one considering using the services of an Architect, I must refer them to Aloiau Architects. They are fantastic to work with and did a wonderful job for us. Allow me to expound on that.
Our property development firm, The AMP’d Group, recently engaged Gordon and his staff to design our new facility for our landscape companies, Signature Landscapes and Reno Lawn and Landscape. From the very beginning, they were helpful, insightful, creative and mindful of a budget and hitting it. They listened intently to our desires, worked with our ideas, which at times were wild, and brought it all together in a working fashion with fantastic results.
Aloiau’s team worked as an integral part of our team – suggesting other trades that were best to partner with, and acting as a guide through the process. They made wonderful suggestions in design as well as structure that added to the overall effect we desired without adding excessively to the cost.
The most pleasing part of working with Gordon and his staff was that they never tried to assert control over the project nor tried to force their opinions on us. It was a very collaborative effort.
They really brought our ideas and needs to a visible solution and reality. The building is one of the most stunning in the area, especially for the type of use. And yet, it was affordable to implement and did not exceed the budget.
